Stocco de Viani Torrontés

100% Torrontés from selected vineyards located in Maipú, Mendoza. Torrontés is a white Argentine wine grape variety, producing fresh, aromatic wines. This wine is from selected vineyards located in Maipú, Mendoza; sandy soil with natural drainage of pure melt water from the Andes which is rich in minerals. Traditional winemaking with cool maceration in stainless steel tanks.

Aged 3 months in contact with staves, it shows a pale yellow color with subtle golden flashes. On the nose the wine is very aromatic yet elegant, with bright yellow fruits and hints of jasmine. Aromas reminiscent of roses, with fresh hints of green apple and melon. Long aftertaste and very good acidity. It pairs beautifully with salads, sea food, sushi, blue cheese, Asian food and steamed vegetables.

Casas Del Bosque Carménère

Carménère fruit from the middle reaches of the Rapel Valley in Chile, grown on the hillsides, overlooking the rivers Tinguiririca and Cachapoal. This vintage includes a small percentage of Syrah, to enhance the spicy and black-fruit character of Carménère.

Deep red with a garnet hue. Aromas reminiscent of black cherries, plums and dry leaves are complemented with notes of chocolate and spice from the French oak barrels the wine was aged in. This Carmenère is soft and plump, with supple tannins and good length.
