Little known fact – woman played a major role in the history of American whiskey as early bootleggers and distillers. Bearcat infused bourbon was named in their honor.

BEARCAT & COLA

• 2 oz Bearcat OPS* or EAB** • Cola • Lime wedge • Fill glass with ice. Add bourbon. Top w/ Cola, garnish w/ lime. 

BEARCAT MANHATTAN

• 3 oz Bearcat OPS • 1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters • Maraschino cherry • Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker w/ ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into glass. Garnish w/ cherry. 

BEARCAT & GINGER

• 2 oz Bearcat OPS • Ginger Ale • Lime wedge • Fill glass w/ ice. Add bourbon. Top w/ ginger ale; garnish w/ lime.

IRISH BEARCAT

• 1.5 oz Bearcat OPS or EAB • 1.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur • Fill cocktail shaker w/ ice & add ingredients. Shake until chilled, then strain into glass.
